This knee brace provides excellent support and stability for customers with various knee injuries including torn ACLs, MCLs, and arthritis. Customers said it offers "great comfort and security" and "allows movement without fear of the knee popping out." The fit requires proper adjustment with included compression pads. Some found straps need to be tight for security, which can strain calf muscles. One customer noted thigh adjustment could be improved.

Great product. Two points to note

Great product. Well worth the price. Only slight quibble is that I was on the border between the small and medium and went for the bigger size as recommended but the smaller size - which I then also had to buy - is actually a much better fit. I think it should also have a n option to allow a very minimal degree of hyperextension for those recovering from ACL injuries trying to restore full extension and match hyperextension on the non affected leg.

Bei Football ist die sehr gut, entlastet das Knie super und verhindert falsche Bewegungen.
Hab bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht und ich merke einen Unterschied.

Great comfort and Security

I have a torn ACL that I am trying to deal with using Physio and leg strengthening. The Elite Bio-Logix Knee Brace gives me additional stability and security to be able to start walking post-meniscus surgery without crutches. I think that extended use would be a bit tough on your calf muscle because the straps have to be quite tight to feel properly secure though.

McDavid really have nailed this product. With the correct fitting the comfort and support is a great feeling.

Bionic Confidence

Its worth taking some time to make sure the fit is correct; the included compression pads are very useful to ensure a snug but not constricting fit.
Once on, it allows movement without any fear of the knee "popping out".

Pricey but I am glad I purchased it.

Doet perfect wat ik gehoopt had. Zit comfortabel vanaf de eerste moment. Weinig drukpijnen rondom en kan goed vastgemaakt worden.
Volgt alle bewegingen van mijn knie tijde d het padellen.

Sturdy but comfortable

My husband tore his MCL at the start of the ski season. This brace (as well as a lot of exercise and R.I.C.E) has got him back on the snow within three weeks. It’s tough and sturdy but comfortable for all day wear - would recommend.

First on and last off!

This brace gives me back my freedom that artritis in both knees stole from me. It's the second time I bought these braces. Tried other ones too. But these are the best for me. Ofcourse I still have pain, it's bone on bone in both knees. But much less and I can do much more things. I wear them always and it's truly the first thing after my pants I put on and the last I take off before I go in my pj. Thanks McDavid for making this brace!!

Knee brace

I am a bit disappointed as I am still waiting for the item to be delivered after 8 days .. not sure what’s happening but the delivery service is saying that the tracking number is not showing on there system

My daily companion

Ever since I found out and bought your braces for both knees I can do so much more. I wear them from the moment I get up and are dressed until I go to bed. And even when I have much pain from the artritis I wear them in my bed for a while sometimes. I am 45 and have severe artritis already, so not suitable for knee replacement yet. Thanks so much for this great product!

I have full knee replacement, and play Padel 6-10h a week, i early used donjoy costume made knee support, but it’s to clumsy. So far this is really good better then expected.
