Playing safer

I bought ir after a small injury. It helped me healing but also preventing new ones. I feel I can be bolder with it and still keep safe.
Downsides: at first I needed to get use to an extra volume under my feet and had quite pain by my heel. But after 3 or 4 times using it at practice it went away.

Tore my deltoid ligament. Continue to use this brace to aid my recovery. Excellent build quality and easy to use. Provides very good support. Not too bulky so you can wear with socks and trainers. Would highly recommend.

Ankle brace

Have only had a short time to test it but it has certainly made a big difference to the pain level even after removing it having worn it for only two days. Definitely worth trying and it appears to be well worth the money.

McDavid 4305 is a good ankle brace which provides very good support for an injured ankle during sport. I Believe McDavid could do a better job for under the heel as it’s a bit thick. A thiner strap would guarantee the comfort of wearing this brace with sportive shoes.
