I have been using this on my left knee for a couple of years

I have been using this on my left knee for a couple of years when playing badmington. Now I had to get an other one for the right knee too. The supports works well if you adjust the outer hinges bending and twisting according your leg. I used two pliers for the work so the center piece remained untouched. For the adjustment I took the hinge out and compared it to my legs figure. A tiny drop of oil was needed for the hinge to move smoothly.
