Step 1
Fill out the the contact form to request a retour. We will process your request and provide you with a shipping label. Pack the items (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging and seal your package back up with tape.
Step 2
Remove all old address labels and paste the attached return label with the return address (United Sports Brands Europe) on top of the package. Make sure all information on the new label is readable.
Step 3
Return the package within 30 days.
Step 4
We will process your return within 14 days of receipt. Once the return has been processed, the amount will be refunded via the payment method used to place the order.
