Latex-free neoprene provides thermal compression. Solid metal stays down the side with a geared polycentric hinge and hyperextension stop. Ideal for skiing and other high risk activities. The 429X Knee Brace is made from latex-free 5mm Neoprene fabric which offers a combination of support compression and heat retention which aids rehabilitation and eases pain and swelling from around the knee.

OPEN 360° PADDED BUTTRESSES

The open 360˚ padded buttress isolates and supports the patella and to keep the knee cap in a central position when bending the knee during sports. This will also relieve any tendonitis around the knee cap.

Je n'ai encore pu porter la genouillère car mon genou est toujours trop gonflé.
Je l'ai essayé à mon genou non blessé et mon ressenti est très positif.
La taille est parfaite et on ressent très clairement le soutien attendu.
Mon genou qui n'a plus de ligament croisé antérieur sera, je pense, bien soutenu par cette genouillère assez complète. Il sera peut-être compliqué de la porter sous certains pantalons ....

Hele stevige brace. Helaas wordt in de maattabel alleen rekening gehouden met de omtrek vab je knie, niet met omtrek van boven- en onderbeen. Mijn brace, maat besteld volgens maattabel, zat dus te strak. Nu een maat groter bestellen en vergelijken.
