Size table

Elbow: Bend your elbow to approximately 45 degrees and measure directly over the joint. When ordering a pair, take measurements of both elbows and use the average of the results.

Knee: Measure the knee to be protected (you likely figured that). Stand and bend your leg just less than 45 degrees, measure around the largest part of knee, directly over the patella (kneecap).

Shin/Calf: Stand and measure the calf in question (you knew this). Measure at the fullest part of the calf. When ordering a pair, take measurements of both calves and use the average of the results.

Smaller than expected

My measurement was between S and M. But the S was too small. I returned it and got a size M. M is tight, but it's good.

Great pads

Slimline pads that do the job but aren't too bulky. IN terms of sizing guidance, I'm a small woman and the small pads are snug on my legs as knee pads.

Size S knee pads

Great protection, well made, delivered promptly. Overall exactly what my son (a goalkeeper) requires after an fractured bone below his knee.
At age 13 these just fit and will hopefully last him the season. If I was to do it over I would size up for sure!

Best Kneepads ever

I love this Kneepads, because you do not sweat in them like in other kneepads that are soft as these. I use them regulary, wash them, they last forever. Making a 8 cm hole with scissors on the underside of the knee makes them even more comfortable.

I bought the knee guards to wear under my goalie icehockey gear and they make such a difference! It’s so much more comfortable to fall on my knees and I instantly felt the change! I’m 174cm tall and bought L and it fits good, it’s a little tight but that way it stays in place

Hex knee pads

Tried these out this weekend at our Iaido Seminar, I found them comfortable for practice and they suit me personally. These are the second pair I have used for training, the first pair served me for over ten years, I hope this pair can do the same, time will tell.

Using it for Knee

Using it for Knee and I ordered L. The fit is not the greatest as this one is short so it feels tight at the wrong part of quad and calfs. Maybe it is something to get used to though. My thighs are quite thick so I would maybe go a size up.
